Creating Your Account
Step-by-step guide to signing up for VerdictFlow and setting up your firm.
Creating a VerdictFlow account takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to get started.
Sign Up Process
Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page
Navigate to verdictflow.com/sign-up and click Get Started.
Step 2: Enter Your Information
Fill in the required fields:
- Email address - Use your work email for best results
- Password - Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Full name - Your first and last name
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email from VerdictFlow. Click the verification link to confirm your account.
Step 4: Complete Onboarding
Once verified, you'll be guided through the onboarding process:
- Firm Information - Enter your firm's name, address, and contact details
- Your Role - Select your position (Owner, Partner, Associate, etc.)
- Case Types - Choose the practice areas your firm handles
- Integrations - Optionally connect your CRM (HubSpot, Clio, etc.)
Joining an Existing Team
If a colleague has invited you to join their firm's VerdictFlow account:
- Check your email for an invitation from VerdictFlow
- Click Accept Invitation in the email
- Create your password and complete your profile
- You'll automatically be added to your firm's team
Account Types
VerdictFlow uses a team-based structure:
- Team Accounts - Your firm's main account, shared by all team members
- User Profiles - Individual logins for each team member with role-based permissions
Subscription Plans
VerdictFlow offers three tiers:

Troubleshooting
Didn't receive the verification email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and check again
- Click "Resend verification email" on the sign-up page
- Contact support if issues persist
Invitation link expired?
Ask the team member who invited you to send a new invitation from their VerdictFlow account.
