Inviting Team Members

VerdictFlow is built for team collaboration. Invite your colleagues to work together on leads and referrals.

Team Size by Plan

Before inviting team members, note the limits for each plan:

If you're on the free plan and need more than 2 users, you'll be prompted to upgrade.

How to Invite Team Members

Step 1: Navigate to Team Settings

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
2. Select Team Members

Step 2: Send an Invitation

1. Click Invite Member
2. Enter the person's email address
3. Select their role (see below)
4. Click Send Invitation

The invited person will receive an email with instructions to join your team.

Understanding Roles

VerdictFlow has three role levels:

Owner

• Full access to all features and settings
• Can manage billing and subscriptions
• Can delete the team account
• Can transfer ownership to another member

Admin

• Full access to leads, referrals, and network
• Can invite and remove team members
• Can manage integrations and settings
• Cannot access billing or delete the account

Member

• Can view and manage leads
• Can send and receive referrals
• Can view the network and firms
• Cannot change settings or invite members

Managing Team Members

Changing a Member's Role

1. Go to Settings → Team Members
2. Find the member in the list
3. Click the role dropdown next to their name
4. Select the new role
5. Confirm the change

Removing a Team Member

1. Go to Settings → Team Members
2. Find the member you want to remove
3. Click the Remove button (trash icon)
4. Confirm the removal

Pending Invitations

Track invitation status in the Team Members section:

• Pending - Invitation sent, waiting for acceptance
• Accepted - Member has joined your team

You can resend or cancel pending invitations.

Best Practices

• Invite key stakeholders early so they can see the value of VerdictFlow
• Use appropriate roles - not everyone needs Admin access
• Keep your team updated - VerdictFlow works best when the whole team uses it
